  We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

• How do I initiate a return?

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return shipping label.

• When will I receive my refund?

  Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

• Are there any items that cannot be returned?

  Final sale items, personalized products, and intimate apparel cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

• Who pays for return shipping?

  We provide free return shipping labels for defective items. For other returns, a small shipping fee may apply.
